Original typescript of Change and Snowfall by Raymond Knister.

Snowfall

Floating and sifting

Into earth's eyes,

Dimming their wildness.

Into her ears

Sifting and floating,

Numbing the discords.

Muffling the thrum

Of pulses, the fever

With pale bright sleep.

Sifting and floating ...

Blenheim, Ontario.
