Description
This is the first case in Windsor in which the new provisions of the Criminal Code regarding homosexuality deem an individual not guilty of a crime. The accused had left a note on the vehicle of a man asking to participate in sexual activities with him, but because of the Criminal Code changes, the man's actions were no longer criminal, although the Judge found them "reprehensible".
